How do I track my order?

In most cases, your order will be dispatched in one to three business days.  When your items have been dispatched you will be supplied with an Australia Post tracking number.  You can view estimated delivery times through the Australia Post Website.  The majority of orders are dispatched from our Alpha centre (postcode 4724).  Customers can view the status of their order and shipping notification through their ALTS First Aid Shop customer portal.  If you require your items delivered in a specific time frame, please contact ALTS on 0407 333 728 or email info@alphalearntoswim.com so we can make the appropriate arrangement.

What are your delivery options?

ALTS First Aid shop offer a variety of delivery options.

​

Shipping:

All orders that select the shipping delivery method will have their orders shipped through the Australia Post network. ALTS offer both a standard and express Australia Post shipping option.  In most cases, your order will be dispatched in one to three business days.   ALTS charges the following shipping fees:

• Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $150.00 - $10.95​

  • Orders $150.00 and over - Free

• Express Shipping

  • Orders under $150.00 - $19.95​

  • Orders between $150.00 and $300.00 - $10.95

  • Orders $300 and over - Free

Pick-Up (instore):

All orders that select instore Pick-Up will need to collect their orders from the Alpha or Jericho centres.  ALTS will make contact to confirm which centre is preferred.  In most cases, your order will be ready for collection in one to three business days.  Customers will receive a notification when the order is ready for collection.  There is no charge associated with instore pick-up items.

Fluxx Network: 

Pick-up orders are also welcome to utilise Fluxx for delivery of their orders.  Customers will be required to place their own Fluxx requests through the Fluxx app.  For rural and remote customers, Fluxx could possibly offer a quicker and more cost-effective option to Australia Post shipping.  Please visit the Fluxx website for further information.  ALTS does not charge a fee associated with Fluxx Network shipping.  Customers will need to organise this through the app.

Do you provide International delivery?

ALTS unfortunately does not offer international shipping at this time.  ALTST First Aid Shop ships nationally to all regions of Australia.
